Rin-rin, co-founder and principal, is an award-winning writer, editor, and digital media specialist. She has extensive experience in digital publishing, content marketing, and editorial strategy. Rin-rin was the director of online content at the National Association of Home Builders, one of the largest trade associations, and director of content for the custom division of Washingtonian. Rin-rin was also a writer and editor for several B2B magazines and began her journalism career in television news at ABC News and Good Morning America. She has an MSJ in broadcast journalism from Northwestern University and an MBA with a focus on marketing and strategy from the University of Southern California.

Jean has spent more than 20 years as the chief editor of national award-winning publications, websites and newsletters. Her specialty lies in B2B audiences. Jean is the former editor-in-chief of Builder, the nation’s largest media brand for the home building industry. She also was editor-in-chief of Ecohome and Building Products magazines and websites, and worked as a business reporter for the Dallas Times Herald.

Evan is a versatile senior creative director with nearly two decades of experience in visual and interactive design. His work includes print and web design, motion graphics, infographics, data visualization, branding, visual identity design and video production. Evan has received more than 40 design awards, including ones for publication design, infographics, marketing materials and digital imagery.
